Site Updates

• The membership application and the deal submission form now save what people send. Until today they showed a success message and the submission was not recorded anywhere. If you tested a form before today and it looked like it worked, it did not.
• Why: both forms were pointed at a copy of the Airtable base that has been frozen since June 2025, and the deal form named a table that does not exist in that copy at all.
• They now write straight into the Scrub database, alongside everything migrated out of Airtable.
• A submission that cannot be saved now says why. A bad email address comes back as a bad email address, instead of a generic failure or a false success.

No real submission was lost — the site is not public yet.

• Photon's syndicate now includes Healthier Capital.
• Canopy's syndicate now includes ACME Capital.
• Hearts / Minds / Wallets: the bullet lists are centred under their headings instead of running the full width, and the + markers line up with the first line of each item. Most visible on a phone.

The Second Opinion piece "Building a successful Clinician Advisory Board" was already on the site — it shipped with v1.5.0.

• The version number in the footer is now a link to this page.

• "Network Leaders" is now "Network Partners".
• The Network Partners, Scouts, and Fellowships tiles are white instead of grey.
• Investment Process: shorter copy for Sourcing, Focused Diligence, and Portfolio Support.
• "Collective Intelligence" is now lowercase and italicised — it is a common noun phrase, not a proper noun, so italics is the right way to mark a term of art.
• Collaborative section header is now "Meet the 1,000+ Member Scrub Collaborative".
• Photon shows Seed Prime, Series A. Canopy shows Series A, Series B. Both reflect two investments.
• Added the Second Opinion piece "How to build a successful Clinician Advisory Board".
• Restored the Subscribe to The Differential and Follow us on LinkedIn buttons at the bottom of the Media section.

This covers Rebecca's July 30 list. Only the Lumos and OffCall logos from that email had shipped before today, which is why the rest was not visible.

• No visible change to the site.
• Repository housekeeping: the live site and an abandoned rebuild had drifted onto two branches, and they are now one. This is why the version number jumped.

• Christina Farr now appears before Jonathan Slotkin in the team grid.
• The footer now shows the date a version shipped, not just a version number.

• The apply form writes to the current Airtable fields again, after the schema changed underneath it.

• Fund attribution restored across all 20 portfolio companies.

This reverses v1.3.4 below.

• Added the OffCall logo. All 20 portfolio companies now have one.

• Added the Lumos logo.

• Hid fund attribution on the portfolio tiles.

• Portfolio logos for five more companies.

• Removed the team subhead, per the walkthrough video, pending a rewrite.

• Portfolio companies now link to their websites, with real names and updated descriptions.

• First pass of Rebecca's site revisions.
